Just wanted to say...

  • Hey Ladies..... I have been hanging around this month, but not posting too much. I usually only get a minute to scan the threads as I am super busy with work and school. I do however take the to fill in my numbers for the Oct. Exercise Challenge! I just wanted to say thanks!

    I love this challenge and it has really helped me with my workouts. I met my Oct. goal mid-month and am working to crush this goal. My original goall was 240 minutes. I am currently at 381 and still have one more 45 minute workout planned for the month!

    I can't to work for a bigger goal in NOV.
