Well, I'm hungry. Yep, hungry. I feel hungry all day and I'm sick and tired of it. I don;t know if it's because I'm bored or if I find it as a comfort.
I'm a smoker and when I feel hungry (even after a big meal) I usually just light a cigarette and feel better for about an hour or so... Then the hunger starts back up... I find myself smoking a lot more than I did (from like 5 cigarettes a day to a whole pack).
Any advice on how to break the eating all day habbit?
