I'm pretty sure the first few pounds were water weight anyway, but i've kept it off and i'm still going in the right direction! with counting calories and adding in a bit of exercise (treadmill when i'm at the college twice a week and Wii Fit as often as I feel up to doing it) i feel so much better! these forums seem so encouraging
