I have some physiological problems when it comes to my body image. I feel fat no matter what people say. Whenever I over-eat I make myself throw-up or some days I'll eat whatever I want and puke again. I don't throw-up everyday but at least 4-5 times a month.
I never reached my goal of 120 lbs. I was always between 124 and 128.
I over -ate today and didn't puke and I'm really depressed because of this. I don't know what to do.
