Meli, I am assuming you have the book. Next is to prepare!!! That is the most important thing to do!!! Make a menu for a week or so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 or 3 snacks. Then you will have a plan. Its a great diet if you can stick to it. You need to be prepared for times that you have cravings. This eating plan will make you feel great! Good Luck!!!
How long have you been on the fat smash diet? Also what has your experience been like doing the diet?
