I cut into slices and spray them with cooking spray and toss them with salt, pepper, garlic powder and sometimes cumin. I spread them on foil over a baking sheet and bake them for about 20 minutes at 400. If I want them extra crispy, but not burned I will nbake them for 15-20 minutes at 350 and then toss them in the broiler (but be careful- they will burn!).
They are so yummy. I have to be careful with them, though. They are so good for you, but they trigger hunger in me so I have to watch it

I can't be trusted with the gigantic ones, so I buy them very small so I know there's no guessing on how many servings.
