  • Hi all--I've been away for a few months, thinking I can do this on my own. Well surprise surprise--I can't....so, I'm back. I'm not going to go over old details of my plight, because I am ready to tell a new story!

I've really missed you all, and look forward to your great support, hugs, and kicks in the butt.
  • All that matters is that you came back. I did the same thing. I stopped checking in most of the summer and gained back 17 pounds. I have since re-lost them (and you will too!) and won't ever go off plan for weeks at a time again.
  • Welcome back....together we can do this!!
  • back! Absolutely, do-overs are allowed. I have been there many many times myself!
  • Nah. We don't do "do overs" here. We do "carry ons".

Wherever you are now is a step further forward in your journey. Whatever you learned from the past you can apply to the future.

    Welcome back!

  • 1 do-over-er to another!
  • There's my friend!!!!

    Glad your back!!!!!
  • Thanks y'all...good to be back again....

Right now I am not jumping head first into anything too restrictive. I am going to focus on better choices and upping my activity. Plus, I am going to focus more on my spirit as well, with daily affirmations, appreciation lists and meditation.

Thanks in advance for all your support!
  • Hi, Beautiful!...I missed you!

    Linda
  • Hi Jen, I'm glad you are back. Why go it alone when you can get so much great support!
  • Do-overs are absolutely allowed!! I don't think I was around yet when you were here before, but it's always good to "meet" a new fat chick! Welcome back!! And best of luck to you... This time will be the last time!
  • Welcome back, I my self have just returned from a long sabatical away from
3FC. Its good to be back....
  • Oh Jen! I do over and over and over almost every day. Welcome back and keep on keeping on. The key is to never stop.
  • Do over, Carry on, Keep on keeping on!!!

Continuing to learn and continuing to work at it is what seems to really make the difference.

    Welcome back.
  • Jen, welcome back!
