    I am glad I have finally found an active forum. We'll I am new to this forum as you can tell and so I'd like to say hello to all. Just something my mom thought me.

    Take a look around! We have many active groups and forums here, for all kinds of groups...by age range, by eating plan, etc...so look around and settle in!
