No funny science or calorie accounting involved, just a few simple and mnemonic tricks for giving your willpower the upper hand.
There are just three rules and one exception:
No Snacks
No Sweets
No Seconds
Except (sometimes) on days that start with "S"
That's it."
It seems to be very successful for quite a few people. I just ordered the book from Amazon.
He also has a website which gives you all the info you want without buying the book.


If it's so simple, that's bound to be a pretty short book!
