Weight loss update

  • Ok everyone so tomorrow is officially one month since I started working out and trying to lose weight. As of this past Tuesday(during TOM) I am down almost 6 lbs, not so bad. Anyways I took measurements on September 30th (halfway) of my body and put them in my log. Well today 16 days later, I did measurements again. And even though I have only lost 1.2 pounds since then I have lost 8 INCHES. That makes me soooo excited!! I knew it lol. Anyways I just thought I would give everyone an update on how I was doing.

  • Thats awesome! I dropped 10 and I haven't budged weight wise since. I wish I had a tape measure I measured myself with a string and measured the string with a ruler. Truely more work that I desire.

  • I bought this really cute tape measure from my work: It has grass all over it, and it's square, the little piece you pull out is a rabbit with a carrot in its mouth. Hehe!

    I measured myself this past weekend and will be measuring every 2 weeks. It really is a good motivator.
