first 10% and 25 pounds gone!

  • Woo! On day 61 of my new eating and fitness life, I'm down exactly 25 pounds, and have officially lost 10% of my original weight! There's still a lot to go, but I'm so psyched. I can definitely do this three more times.

    This is especially exciting because I've weighed exactly 220.4 for the past EIGHT days -- I was going crazy waiting for that middle "2"to drop. Hopefully I'll never have to see it again...
