Good article. I try to get on the scale every Monday morning, after going to the bathroom and before getting in the shower. It was interesting to see how it all breaks down. I have read on here how some people are hiding their scales. I am actually thinking about just sliding my scale under the bed for a week or so. Last week wasn't so great and I feel like I need to own up to it and just prepare myself for a gain - -even if temporary.
Great article, though I say keep the scale out and use it daily. I hid my scale for 5 months and gained 12 pounds. My eyes decieved me....I thought I looked okay but in reality I was gaining....if I had the scale out I would have caught it and changed my behaviors.......now I'm wieghing daily and you betcha I push the junk away easier now that I know tmrw morning will be judgement day...
