i started a diet on monday, kind of like a weight watchers method as far as calories go... Im done eight pounds since last month when i weighed myself, so i was thoroughly jazzed about that...
i was wondering what you should do when you get hungry, do you have any tips
i want to loose about a 75 pounds or more if possible in nine months for a trip to hawaii, and any tips would be greatly appreciated.
im 5'5" about 230lbs, if that helps... but i have giant boobs and i think thats where i carry a most of my weight, that and on my back, which if anyone knows an excercise to tone that area, i'd love to hear em...
