My name is Cher and I am a 3fc"aholic"!!

  • Hi everyone, I have been snooping around this site for a while... I finally thought what the heck, I need all the support I can get. I am about to turn the big 35, and have worked on my weight my whole life. About 2 months ago I convinced my husband to start "nordic tracking" daily with me for exercise. We have been very faithful to it, so now I need to start looking at my food choices to maximize the effect. I feel soooo much better, but still struggle with the #on the scale. I have read so many of your posts, and think you are a fabulous group of people, and wish success to you all! Let's get MOVING!!!
  • Hello and to 3fc site. Like yourself I was a lurker for many months before I bucked up the courage to take the plunge it was the best thing I ever did as I have not looked back since.

    Firstly it is great that you are exercising on a regular basis. Next you need to decided which eating plan you are going to follow there is a great deal of information here on the site about the different plans

    People here are so supportive and willing to answer you questions no matter how small or silly it seems.

    You have the support as well of a loving husband who I am sure will encourage you along your way in your weight loss journey as he is encouraging you in your exercise programme.
