The big list....

  • You all Rock...

    This is a pretty friendly board and I want to thank all of you for the great responses...

    Something someone told me a while ago is to sit and make a list of things that you want to accomplish as you lose the weight. One thing for every one pound of weight to lose. For me that is lots of things....

    So every pound that comes off you can cross one thing off the list. These things should be very simple and easy to do for yourself, they can also be for someone else too.
    A few of my examples are:

    Donate all my bad trigger foods to the food bank
    Volunteer time at the food bank
    Walk around the lake at the local park
    Manage to actually drink 8 glasses of water in one day
    Try one new food that is good for me

    I would love to hear others ideas of what you may put on your lists....

  • As I'm an obsessive lister myself I think this is a great idea.

    Here's mine:
    Donate bad trigger foods to food bank
    Drink at least 8 glasses a day
    Try a new healthy recipe
    Walk around the neighborhood, and take the puppy with me

    It's ongoing, but this seems like a great idea!
  • I think this is an awesome idea. things to keep you motivated. i need some time to think of some things. but i think volunteering and donating are awesome ideas...
