Hi all,
After a rough start to the year I am losing again! On my weekly weigh in lost 4pounds.

This means I am back to my lowest from last year and am on my way downward to my final goal weight.

Even my thinner clothes from last year are beginning to hang so I'm going to schedule a trip to the clothes recyclers in Whistler. They have premium duds for low cost. I guess because its a wealthy ski town. My friend and I shopped there in the summer when we were on a hiking trip.

In Whistler they have a thrift store that recycles everything very fast and if you are there at the right time you can get great things at lower than Vancouver thrift stores.
