Hi everyone. I'm Elwing, 22 years old. I have joined this site to read about what other dieters experience, I hope it will motivate me to keep losing. I started at 76 kgs, I am 71 now and hope to be 65. It may not sound hard compared to what other people have to go through. But I gained 25 kgs (i.e. 1/2 of my weight then, 50 kgs) since I started studying and I'm sick of it. At the end of august I decided to do something about it and here I am. I am a real forum person, I came here because I need to keep losing weight interesting for myself by changing my tactics every once in a while. Otherwise I'll lose interest and stop. There is definitely enough to read here and keep me motivated.

I'll just stop rambling now, if any Dutch dieters would like some more contact just drop me a PM. (Also if you're not Dutch ).

This forum is awesome! And if you wanna do something fun, check out the sub form under weight loss support entitled "Chicks up for a Challenge". You set a goal and try to reach it by a certain holiday/event. There's a new Thanksgiving one set to start soon so look out for that!

I'm in the challenge "Seeing Myself Naked Is Scary" and it's so much fun to do! If you get in one early enough, you can be on teams! Some people are on team skeleton, dracula, etc. I joined too late but I'm so getting in on the next one!

You and I are identical!!!!!!!!! Same height and same goal....with the tiny exception that I weigh 5 lbs more than you do!!! Keep us all posted on your progress! and Good luck!
