230lbs (June 2007)
I gained 15lbs back after my ex and I broke up. I didn't want to go to the gym he was attending. I kept the weight off a bit, but gained 15lbs of it back. And now here I am. Mid-September I decided this was the final straw. I needed to do this for myself. And now Mid-October, here I am back down to 230 [lingering around 227-229, actually.]
I am discontent with my body, but wow, I never noticed the different from where I am now to where I was at 256lbs. It really gives me the inspiration that I can do this, and there is differences.
But I hate how my fat distributes among my body. I have my lower belly, then there's this upper belly that disappears first...What the **** is that?! And my roll underneath my arm is just....
Anyone else have this problem?
