,, i know this sounds stupid , but here i am , i wanna lose around 5-8 lbs...and i dont even have a clue were to start..... i started watching what i ate, and how Much I ate...but i seem to be gaining weight more than losing it!i use to be on the swim team (years ago haha) and i was fit but bulky ,, and now i dont have a close gym near me or swimming pool so i need to find something to do at the house...i dont really want to Bulk up per say....more like the long...lean tones kind-of way...... im not sure what exercises will help you get there (specifically my stomach , legs and butt)...i have this CORE workout video ...the one with the giant ball but i dont know if that will let me lose that stubburn poof i have on my stomach and legs, just by itself (ive been doing that for 4 wks now and dont even feel or see a thing different ..i know it takes time but my friend did it and in two weeks she was already looking a bit different )!
i was thinking about running ...but im in a not so good area right now until we move....
any ideas?? sry for the long thread
