Numbers Challenge/October

  • gg i hope you dont mind but ive got to start another numbers challenge! im going crazy!

    This is a numbers based challenge and if you are interested in setting and achieving a goal this is the place for you!

    My numbers are 4 for doing my weights 4 times this week, 200 for the amount of minutes ill do cardio and 2000 for the my average calories for the week
