and whole grains and so on, but now I'm faced with the dilemma of what to do with the old, sugary/fatty/yummy things. I haven't touched them, but I can't deny they're tempting! How have you guys dealt with this problem? Did you throw it all away (like I know I probably should) or did you somehow incorporate them into diet in moderation? I'm a poor college student so it seems like such a waste to throw all that food away.
Any advice would be much appreciated!!
