The only pills that help suppress my appetite are ones loaded with caffeine that also make me jittery, edgy, give me shaky hands, and make me feel vaguely sick to my stomach.

I don't recommend them.
I have found that eating more protein and complex carbs helps keep me feeling full for longer and I don't get as hungry.
I also plan snacks and eat about every 2-ish hours, which helps with being hungry.
