I take Nioxin vitamins. My primary Care physicial told me about them when my hair was falling out after surgery. I have been taking them about 6 mos and my hair is back to normal. You can order them on the internet. I order from Hello Georgeous. They also have the Nioxin shampoo and conditioner, which I use.

Biotin vitamin works great for me!

I like Biotin as well. However, it will take time for any supplement to make a difference, since it shows up in new growth of hair and nails.

Add some canola and/or olive oil to your diet - they work wonders.
