Last night, I went to the fitness center to work out. I had planned on doing 2 to 3 miles on the treadmill and then a couple more miles on the bike. Only the treadmill happened. For the first time, I found myself a bit unsteady on my feet as I walked, and not being able to keep my balance per normal. I also didn't feel as invigorated as I went along and I usually do.
Anyone else ever experience something like this? I almost feel like I missed something in my diet yesterday to make me feel this way. Not sure what else it could be.
