We went to a bbq tonight. I was so worried as this is the first time of us eating out since I started counting calories. I skimmed calories back from my other two meals and snacks today in prep for tonight...
There were chips (four kinds) and tons of other snacks and high fat foods.
I had:
one cheese burger on a whole wheat bun with ketchup,mustard,onions, lettuce, tomato slice. 1/2 cup of potato salad and 1/2 cup of greek salad.
THAT'S IT!!! I was satisfied. I didn't spend the whole time thinking of the foods I was not going to eat. I didn't salivate when looking at foods. Nothing. I ate to fuel my body and then I was done.
I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF.
