(no raisins!) And I believe it's vegan. I know it's wheat free, if not gluten free. It does have alot of protein, but I actually have a bit of a deficiency. I don't plan to eat them that often so I won't bulk up. But I was wondering if it would be a smart snack? It's only 240 calories a bar, and it is certified organic. When I ate it last night it was definitely what i needed, because I had a pile of calculus and I was coming down from a long two days. The only downside was that maybe it gave me a bit too much energy. I couldn't fall asleep until 3 AM, even though I went to bed at 11 PM and I'd had the bar at 8PM. Luckily I wasn't too tired in the morning. Actually. I'm feeling rather chipper right now!

So does anyone else eat these?
