Wish me luck!!!!

  • Hi, this is my first time on a sight like this, I am on Weight Watchers and when I turned 33 in September I decided enough is enough, my weight is 119kg (I am from South Africa and we use kg). I am a yo-yo dieter, my lowest weight ever that I can remember was my wedding day and that was 76kg!
I need all the help and support I can get and this seemed like a wonderfull place to start!!! (Please excuse the grammer/spelling, English is my second language).
  • . . . so glad you found us, Chickie . . . this is a terrific place for lots of support and encouragement. We are all here for you . . .

BTW . . . just so everyone else can relate . . . one kg = 2.2 lbs . . . so in pounds, SONE is currently 261.8 and her wedding-day weight was 167.2. Officially, we use kg in Canada too, but like most Canuks, I still relate to pounds better.
  • Welcome to the site. I'm sure you'll fit in very quickly here! Everybody is so warm, encouraging and supportive and I'm sure you'll do great here with us
  • Welcome and good luck! I think your English and spelling is just fine.

And I'm with Bargoo... your English is very good!
  • Yay! Welcome from San Francisco and I think your language skills are just fine too!
  • Thanks everyone!!! Had huge craving for something fattening this morning but as soon as I saw all the replies I decided it's not worth it!!! I am very exited about losing my weight (for good) this time!!! How do I get one of the (weight themometors????) that you guys use to track your weightloss??
