  • I decided to join 3FC after looking online for inspirational before and after pics.
    Here's my quick scenario- I'm 36 and have 2 kids. I first did WW in 1999 after I had my 2nd child-I lost 50+ lbs and they slowly came back. Now I'm 222lbs and no new baby to show for it. So I'm back to WW and regular walking-something I did 9 years ago. So I'm giving myself small goals each month of 10lbs. We are members of a local swim club in our area and all of my friends are just thin-naturally people. I was looking at summer pics and getting myself revved up-I look like I ate my friends.
    So here we go...

  • beforeim35-I had to have more posts before I can do a PM, I can be your buddy, I check in every day, once in the AM and also in the PM.
    Today I started with 2 eggs(scrambled)w/olive oil spray in pan, wheat english muffin, 2 tsp of whipped butter for e.muffin, and 16 oz 1% milk. I am following weight watchers again, I did well several years ago, I'm trying to make lightening strike twice. I'll have a banana for snack(before lunch). Talk to ya soon.
