This is tough. Hmmm....

In my opinion:
Good Looks - fleeting. Really doesn't get you too far unless you have a taste for the spotlight, and even then... fleeting (except in rare cases...mmm... Sean Connery

)
Intelligence - always good. But the "abundance" part scares me. Brainiacs aren't known for having social skills or living life. I would want my child to live and have experiences instead of being stuck behind a computer or in a lab. There is such thing as too smart (ie; annoying).
Kindness - doormat! Next.
Positive Outlook - always good... but I think being realistic is better (and there are better picks (imho) on this list)
Determination - I think this is my pick. The only downside is sometimes people are so determined they don't know when to give up. The "abundance" thing would probably make this true for my kid. If I could have this with a little "learn from your mistakes" I think the kid would be set!
...But... oh, intelligence... still a good one. I think it's a tie. Or at least a VERY close second.
