Hello! On Saturday, I went over my daily points and used up ALL my 35 flex points for the week on day 2 of my week (it was my bday!!). I went over my 35 flex points by 21 points. So now I am wondering if I should cut back on my daily point max for the week to make up for how much I went over, or should I just move forward as if that day never happened and just eat up all my daily points as usual?
And, because I went over my flex points for the week, does that mean I will gain weight this week?
