To eat or not to eat.

  • I'm on the flex plan and have been doing okay for a while. I seem to have a pretty copious amount of points left for dinner but I'm a little torn as to what to do! Do I use the points and treat myself to a fattening burger and french fries.. or choose something healthier and maybe want something a little later.. ugh, decisions!
  • i tend to use a lot of points with dinner

    3 oz of salmon fillet is 4 points
    some sweet potato 3 points
    a bit of smart balance
    some salad with feta and dressing 3 points

    that's ten points right there...
  • If you really crave and want the burger and fries then by all means. But, if you 're not really craving them and are just a little peckish then have something healthy and nutritious.

I chose one healthy and one bad I'll be having a burger without mayo, but lots of lettuce tomato and onions and a salad with balsalmic vinagarette The best of both worlds. I really am craving meat today (it never ever happens, i'm lucky if i eat any meat on some days..)

    ya know that's a GREAT plan. I make taco salad sometimes... use the meat and beans....
