  • I know everyone is different, but how much has some of you lost the first week on this diet doing the flex version ? momof8
  • If I remember, I think I lost 2.something (2.4? 2.6?). I was happy with that!
  • My First Week: 4.8
    the next week .6
    the next week .4
    the next week 2.8
    i'll bet the next two weigh-ins for me will be low too.
  • I lost 4 pounds each of my first two weeks on WW.
  • I lost 0.4 the first week, and was really hungry the whole time. The WW ladies said it was because I didn't eat enough. I was so mad and sulked the whole meeting. The second week I lost 2.4.
  • I lost 3 lbs my first week and 5 the second and 6 the third. Then things slowed down which is normal.

    2.8 each of the first two weeks, then things slowed down after that.

    Lost 4 lbs after my second week.
  • 2.8 the first week for me.
  • 6.-something the first week. 4.-something the second.

    Things mellowed out after the first couple months for me. (Also please note that I began at 331.)

    After that I averaged about 2 lbs a week

    I think a lot of the loss was me stopping my 3 - 20 oz bottles of mountain dew a day habit..
