I'm a 25 y/o mama of two who lost the baby weight in a snap but would like to lose the weight I gained in college.
I'd love to weigh somewhere in the 130s (what I weighed in HS)and am currently about 160.
I'd love a buddy who has a similar amount of weight to lose!!
I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to cut some carbs in order to lose the weight. I initially lost weight quickly on WW but even though I stuck to the program, I gained the weight back during the 3rd and 4th week.
I'm going to try to follow a low GI, 1900 calorie diet (I'm exclusively breastfeeding my baby so I have to make sure I take in enough calories).
