  • Hi Everyone,
I am starting the 3 hour diet and was just seeing if there is anyone doing this diet? It seems very doable for me and my family.
  • What is the 3 hour diet?
  • I've tried it before. It was hard for me because I couldn't find the time to eat every three hours. That is why I failed at 6 week body makeover because my schedule didn't permit me to eat every three hours. Goodluck!
  • 3 hour diet is where you eat every 3 hours. Same concept as eating 5 meals; keep your metabolism going all day. I think there is a real menu plan associated with it though. I do it, kinda. In the sence that I eat every 3 hours.
  • The 3 hour diet is a book and diet by Jorge Cruise. You need to eat every 3 hours. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are 400 cal. Your 2 snacks are 100 cal.(if you are under 200 lbs.)You can have a treat after dinner that is 50 cal. You eat balanced meals of protein, carb, good fats, veg and fruits.
  • Does this work? I have not heard of the 3 hour diet before
  • I'm just starting it as well.
  • I'm on a similar diet -- 6 meals a day space two hours apart (sometimes 3 if it's inconvenient to eat again after just 2 hours). I eat between 200 and 250 calories per meal. It's working for me. I've lost about 20 lbs. in 2 months.
  • I am also on this plan .
  • Hi Suzivp,ToutDesuite, Bev. Thanks for the support! I'll try to check in once a week. Hope you guys are going strong! I need to lose about 50lbs. so it's going to take awhile but thats o.k. Blessings, Rebecca
  • I did ok on my first day. I have 30 lbs to lose and it will take me forever to lose that. I will also check in at least once a week.

  • Starting over
Had some stressful things happen but I'm back! Starting today my goals are to eat every 3 hours. Stay within 1450 cal. for today. Bev, How are you doing?
  • I would like to know more about this diet. Is there a book or a website I can check out?

    but keep your good effort
  • Jorgecruise.com has links to all of his books and his new belly fat report. I used to watch him several years ago on a show he had on the Food Network
