This last week I have been having a terriable time staying on point. I am not sure what the problem is but all I want to do is eat. I feel like I am back at the beginning and I can not shake the urge to eat. I am not going to gain this weight back, I am just not sure what to do about eating. I just do not want to get off track and put all that I have done to waist. Anyone have any ideas. Plus we leave in two days for Hawaii for two weeks.
When I feel like that I have to make myself super busy. It can be exhausting, but the cravings usually pass and then I get back on track. I totally understand what you are feeling.
How many daily points do you get? Are you eating all of your flex points? Do you exercise? What have you been eating?
Maybe if we get a brief menu we can give a couple of tips.
I get 26 a day. I walk and eat to the max of my points. It is just I want food. I am not really hungry I just want to eat.
I have the same problem. I simply love food and everything about it. To my detriment, I used to just eat until I was miserable.
I sympathize.
