I'll run every single day, don't know how much exactly, maybe about an hour or less.. and i'll have some exercises done at home. Oh and i'll go swimming 3 or 4 times.
If anyone has some ideas to make it even harder - I'm listening! lol and if there's anyone who's with me.. you're all welcome!
