I'm on Fia!

  • I was afraid I had left My WLS window far behind. But I've kickstarted my exercise. . .(almost Every day for 3 weeks) and I've cleaned up my eating a bit and I'm down 6 pounds! that's almost 5% of my body weight! Exercise Rocks!! it puts me in a better mood starts my days most days or finishes them
