Down three pounds this week. I was so shocked. I ate more over the weekend, a few hundred calories more each day. I was so hungry so I ate a little more, and then the scale dropped. It still amazes me that if I just hang in there and keep track of the calories the weight continues to come off. I was sure it would be up this morning.
I am down 2 more pounds since my last weigh in which was a few weeks ago. Some days are good, some days are bad, but overall, I am happy to see the scale continue in the downward trend
Down 3 lbs since last week. I had a couple days where I was not as good on plan as I should've been. And I've not been on the treadmill since Labor Day, so I was shocked but I'll take it.
STILL stuck at 220. I'm going to go to the gym at least 4 times this week, and I did go last night. I so hope to see the scale go down by next week, been at 220 way to long.
I'm down to having lost 115 lbs And I'm going to hit some stores for some awesome work wardrobe pieces. I just bought new dress pants. So that's a one pound loss this week for me.
I stayed the same. TOM so maybe I have lost something but it sure won't show up now. I've bought my Alli but haven't started taking it. I'm still working on getting myself to move my bum more. My food intake has been good. I've been making really good choices on amount and health. One step at time so this is something for me to be proud of.

Okay, since this is my first one, I will say that I was stuck at a horrible plateau when I was down 25 lbs. total to 282. I broke through that plateau just this week and am at 280.
I normally weigh in on Sundays since I don't usually work then, but go figure I actually have to work the entire weekend! Anyways, I weighed today, 2 days earlier, and I am DOWN 3 pounds! Yay! So close to be out of the 260's, I can not wait!!
