    Just in case you are lost here is a list of the mighty RED team for the "We Are Family" BL Challenge

    This is where the RED team will weigh in each week. Weigh ins are due at 11:59 EST on Monday night. Weigh in late and you will be required to take a Freebie for that week. You are allowed 2 Freebies for this challenge. If you arent sure what a Freebie is please PM me or check the FAQs.

    While we do keep track of weights in this challenge the most important aspect is SUPPORT! How do we support each other you ask? BY COMMUNICATING! Its been a long time requirement on Red team that you post once a week. However, I'm not going to babysit you, just know that if you aren't supporting your team, I will not keep track of your stats for you and you will be removed from the challenge. We are a TEAM! We want to get to know you..your struggles, your triumphs, where you need help and where you can encourage someone else!

    Total loss for this challenge: 34 pounds. Could definitely have been better. But I am pretty pleased, overall.

    Goal for this challenge: To form a healthier relationship with food , my scale and the voices in my head . And to get in the habit of regular exercise . No more stupid excuses. It is time for me to start moving !!
