Reminder for Biggest Loser weigh-in

    Now that you've signed up for the challenge, its time to start weighing in so we can build the teams.

    You will need to post your starting weight in this thread by 8 pm Eastern Standard Time on September 13th. This is different from our normal deadline of 11:59 pm because I'll need to have time to build and announce teams before the challenge starts on Sunday.

    Please be aware that this is the weight that we will be comparing to in the week 1 weigh in, so it is important that it be accurate.

    (I'm not in it, just didn't dig the competition part of it, but realised that today was the last day people could post their starting weights and thought I'd remind people.)
  • THANKS!! Everytime they start that challenege I want to be in but don't know where to go! I need a kick in the butt. I gained some weight and trying to get down to my ticker weight! THANK YOU!!!


    ETA: The sign up was 9/6. So I cant do it. I just wanted to do something to be a real part of this place but once again I missed out. Whatever.

    Something I participate in that really keeps me motivated. There is a points challenge every month in the 100 club thread. It is in a sticky at the top so it is easy to find.Anyone can participate.
    Every day you record your points for if you ate OP, excersised and drank enough water. You can really join at any time. It starts over every month. It really keeps me motivated to get all of my points every day.
    Just a suggestion.
