Hi all! I'm Sue. Some of you may have seen me around the board this past week. I lost 122 lbs. but gained some back and am back on track again with a net loss of 92 lbs. And boy am I mad at myself for gaining back what I did!
Anyway, it feels great to be back on plan (Snack-All-Day Diet) and working toward my goal. I'm not yet sure what that is, but I'd like to lose at least 80 more lbs. and reach that goal sometime next year.
I love to walk but have been staying inside due to the bugs, storms, and heat in Florida. But I have been doing Pilates and light weights at home. And I'm going to start doing yoga.
