Stuck in a rut!

  • Well the good news is I am 48 pounds down. I have been on WW since Feb.2008.I have currently been in the 250's now for two months! I want out! I am losing my motovation to track and I know that is my biggest problem right now. Suggestions welcomed!
  • Congrats on your weight loss! 48 pounds is amazing. Just think about where you started out. Do you have a before pic that you can look at once in a while. I don't know if you are exercising or what you are doing for exercise, but I literally walked away about 20 pounds. I run now, but I think my before dinner or after dinner walks are what made the weight melt off. I walked for about 45 minutes at the beginning. THat morphed into an hour long brisk walk. Eventually I started running. Started out real slow at first. Now I am jogging 4 miles in 45 minutes. You can do this! Maybe add some new fruits and vegis and get rid of other things. Anything to get out of that rut and keep on losing!
