Dec 2006 - I started going to the gym, but wasn't dieting or actually managing my eating in any way. (weighed around 240)
April-ish 2007 - I started watching what I ate and working with a trainer
Jan 2008 - I was down to the mid 180s
I'm at 161 now.
It's been a lot slower than I'd like, but I'm not going to complain.
