    Im so happy! I have not been at this weight since before I had my daughter when I was 16. That was 15 years ago.

    Wow 80 lbs is a great accomplishment. Now hold your focus very carefully, don't let up on the exercise. You've just entered a very tough time in this game. I think if you can keep it at this weight for 3 or 4 years you'll have a very good chance to keep it for a lifetime.
