I'm still trying to fine tune my eating/drinking, so I have some questions.
Is there a list of Basic information? I haven't been able to find one here.
I know it's 6 servings of water, but how many ounces should each serving be?
How about Whole Grains, I've read on many boxes & bags lately that you should get 48g/day (one serving of brown rice will give you 43g according to the box). Is it different for WW? (it seems like a lot of carbs)
How much fiber do you need each day? I realize that I should get the required amounts from the 5 servings of fruit and veggies I eat each day, just wondering if there is a coordinating number for it.
