Hi everyone!

I was just searching around the internet and found a podcast for the c25k with hiphop, pop and popular 80's music. I love the other podcasts with techno because I didnt have to watch the clock, but techno gets so old after awhile (for me at least).

This girl's podcast isn't working on itunes, but if you go to her website you can download them just fine. I LOVE this podcast!

hey thanks so much..i'm on the site now..and when i click it it will play in media player but how do i make sure its saved so I can put it on my Ipod?? they sound great..i'm at week 4 now and up until now i've been using the timer on my ipod but week 4 it starts to get hectic and could really use these! lol

Fun! I was sick of the techno after the first interval. The Hip Hop isn't gonna work, but hopefully I kind find something there for a few of the weeks.
