I just wanted to drop in and say hi. This site is so large that I didn't even know there was a calorie counting forum. So cool.
I lost 80 pnds years ago by counting calories and walking. Obviously, I'm here because I've gained the weight back...well most of it.
So, I believe I know what works for me and I pray I stick with it and work through any stress that might make me want to eat.
Can't wait to join this great support group.

I am new to calorie counting and I have to say I love it too. It has made a huge change on the way I see food and the choices I make regarding it. It is actually something I think I can stick to for life 
Calorie counting really does work. Especially when you combine it with exercise.
