New here and I love counting calories!

  • I just wanted to drop in and say hi. This site is so large that I didn't even know there was a calorie counting forum. So cool.

    I lost 80 pnds years ago by counting calories and walking. Obviously, I'm here because I've gained the weight back...well most of it.

    So, I believe I know what works for me and I pray I stick with it and work through any stress that might make me want to eat.

    Can't wait to join this great support group.

    I lost a great deal of weight year ago and regained it when life got in the way. So it is possible to have success again the second time around.

  • I've done SO many different types of diets, and I have to say, I love counting calories. It seems so easy for me...I still get to have the foods I like and am seeing progress.

    I've been doing calorie counting for almost a year now. It has been a wonderful way to change my relationship with food, get healthier and lose weight.

    The past is OVER - you can do this!
  • I am new to calorie counting and I have to say I love it too. It has made a huge change on the way I see food and the choices I make regarding it. It is actually something I think I can stick to for life
  • Calorie counting really does work. Especially when you combine it with exercise.
  • Calorie counting worked best for me and is necessary for maintaining my weight loss.
