this is going to be a huge get with the program week. I have manged to get started full force in the begning of the week and then start to grab a bite near the end of the day. I am going to do daily reports with numbers and just be more accountable for the foods. I have a goal of 10 by mothers day and with this shove i can do it but if i do not do this then i will not make goal and then the goal for independance day will fall short!!! so here goes
today I was OP all the way till i found about 15 jellybeans. I did eat them but that was the only thing offplan that i ate. I will say that i had a dish out for icecream but dd grabed it and thought it was for her so i let her have it and seh ate it and well i didnot!!! so kudos for her!!!(although i was grumbeling at the time!!)
foods were 4 eggs with fiber one 1/2 cup total of about 14 carbs
lunch sloppy joe in a dish with cheese
dinner pork with asparagas.
and the jellybeans were at 4 pm!
