  • B-eggs, chicken sausage (I made it myself), smoothie with soy milk, banana, strawberries
    L-buffalo chicken burger, carrots, watermelon
    S-banana with less than one tsp. peanut butter
    D-diet coke sloppy joe over baked potato
    S-WW cheese cake with choc. chips 10pts (an excellent treatment for PMS)
  • B-Potato & Onion Frittata[o'brien potatoes,onion marg garlic eggbeaters]1c FF milk.

    D-Eggplant au Gratin[diced eggplant tomatoes,onions & diced can chicken, grated cheese Olive oil]

    Sn-berries and Creme[1]

    Supper-Turkey breast w ) cranberries & green beans & turkey gravy[1]

    De-pineapple & ff plain yogurt

    I know soy sausage isn't technically core, but I count it as such, I figure when I get closer to goal I'll tighten up my list.
