
I don't deny that for the short term, that method may help you lose the weight...but...in the long term, is it sustainable and more importantly, is it healthy!!?? Have you ever read the ingredients on a can of Slim Fast?? Good Lord above, there are so many ingredients you can't even pronounce! Replacing meals with shakes & bars & pills does not teach you to eat differently. In simple terms...replace the junk you've been eating with healthier foods like veggies, salads, lean meats, & low glycemic fruits and get some from of daily exercise and you will lose weight as well as learn healthy, lifetime eating habits. Just my 2 cents
